Support of customer projects by technical brazing advice
Our service includes advice on the design of components from a brazing point of view as well as support in the selection of materials and filler metals.
We point out possible risks at an early stage and recommend suitable optimisations. We are happy to incorporate our experience from 40 years of brazing technology into your project.
Preparation of a quotation: Full cost transparency
Our technical advisors clarify all details in advance and determine the most economical approach and optimal batch size for you - taking all technical aspects into account. In our quotations, you will find a detailed description of our services as well as the associated costs. You can rely on the prices quoted and take them into account in your overall calculation.
Implementation and testing
In six modern vacuum furnaces, five inert gas continuous furnaces and three inductive units as well as a wide range of machines for the production of assemblies, we are able to manufacture a variety of innovative components at our site in Fröndenberg. In addition, our range of services includes heat treatment, component assembly and component testing.
In addition to our brazing services, we also offer procurement of material for the individual parts and are responsible for the corresponding quality assurance, scheduling and logistic processing.
After brazing, all agreed tests and follow-up operations will be carried out. As a result, you will receive flawlessly brazed components from us that are well packaged and available to you on time as agreed.
