In brazing and high-temperature brazing, we join components to form strong, durable, metallurgically bonded joints. The brazing process is particularly suitable for complex geometries and for multiple joints that are made in a single process step. The modular construction of assemblies makes it possible to simplify manufacturing processes and achieve economic benefits.
Brazing makes it possible to combine different materials, each with its own specific properties, in a single component. We process steel, stainless steel, copper, cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) and ceramics, among other materials. The resulting joints can withstand high mechanical loads, are leak-tight and free from troublesome flux residues. This produces reproducible, high-quality joints for demanding technical applications.
